Can you help and spare a couple of hours on a thursday morning

We are looking for people who can help for a couple of hours on a thursday morning at our weekly Friendship & Blethers event.  Helping set the tables, making tea/coffee, crackers with cheese and tasty other treats then serving and joining in the chat.
