Reaching out to share some exciting news about Brechin Connections, a Dementia Meeting Centre dedicated to supporting individuals living with early-stage dementia, along with their families and carers. Officially opened on Tuesday, 19th November, this centre is a vital addition to our community, offering much-needed support, advice, and—most importantly—fun for those navigating their dementia journeys.  This is available Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am – 3pm at Jars Community Hub
