We are delighted to announce Bruce Davies is returning for another concert for us this time at Farnell’s WRI Hall.   Tickets at door Adults £10 Child £5

Fife-based singer-songwriter, Bruce Davies is delighted to be appearing again at Farnell WRI Village Hall.  He performs around 250 gigs annually, including The Spirit of Scotland Show summer season in Edinburgh, sold-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, and church concerts all over Scotland and beyond.

Last year, he celebrated 40 years as a professional entertainer and the church is excited to welcome him back for this concert on Saturday 15th March.

Bruce is a musician who’s easy on the ear singing and storytelling have gained him many friends on four continents.  Crisp acoustic guitar playing is one of his trademarks and, as his songwriting hero, Tom Paxton said; he is “one of Scotland’s best singers”.  Country superstar, Kenny Rogers, also complimented him on his “great work.”

Of his many career highlights, he particularly treasures the memories of his performances at the United Nations, New York; the legendary Nashville venue, the Bluebird Café; and, in 2023, singing at Crathie Kirk in the presence of the King and Queen.

His most recent release, ‘Sing Me A Song’, is a double album of 40 Scottish songs and he has 3 other albums currently available on CD or USB sticks.  The Brechin audience will hear some of those songs and an eclectic selection from his vast repertoire on Saturday.
